Port City Pups is conveniently located in downtown Mobile at the corner of St. Anthony and North Dearborn Street, directly across from Carzignment.
We’re two blocks away from Dunbar Magnet School and only a 4 minute drive from the Mobile Convention Center on South Water Street.

Yes, we have free onsite parking.
Prerequisites
Are there eligibility requirements I need to address prior to my pet’s arrival?
Yes. To expedite the check-in process and help ensure the safety and comfort of our guests staff, requirements include:
- Pre registration with Gingr, our online customer portal
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Spaying or neutering

Day Care Services
What do I need to bring for day care?
On your first visit, we’ll need you to:
- Fill out new client paperwork
- Provide vaccination records
After that, your pups are good to go for future day care trips. No reservations required!
When can I drop off and pick up for day care?
You can drop-off and pick-up anytime during our regular weekend business hours.

What happens if I’m late for pick up?
If you are unable to pick up your dog before we close, we are happy to have them stay the night with us.
You can pick them up when we open the next day or let them stay for another day of play.

Boarding Services
When can I drop off or pick up my dog for boarding?
Guests are welcome to check-in or out at any time during our lobby hours.
However, please be aware that our lobby is closed on all major holidays.

What do I need to bring for boarding?
We’ve got your pup covered!
But we want your pet as comfortable as possible. So, feel free to bring their favorite bed, blanket, toys, etc.
We have food on site for your pet as well. However, if you would prefer to keep them on their regular diet, we are happy to feed them whatever you bring from home.
