Before Your First Visit

Requirements

For all Pet Services, Port City Pups guests must:
- Create an online account with Gingr¹
  - Fill out and submit our “New Customer” forms
  - Online registration is available 24/7/365
- Confirm your pet’s vaccination records²
  1. Provide copies of your records upon arrival
  2. Ask your Vet to verify vaccinations by:
    - Calling our office at 251-272-9897
    - Emailing our office at contact@PortCityPups.com
    - Uploading digital records via our online form
Prior to Day Care Services, your pup must:
- Be spayed or neutered past 8 months of age
- Pass a short temperament test during their first visit
  - Must arrive at 7am sharp for temperament test!

¹ Gingr is a secure, online customer portal accessible from wherever you are when it’s convenient for you. As a registered user, you can:

Request and book boarding or daycare reservations, grooming appointments, and other services
Receive automatic reservation and appointment confirmations and reminders by email and SMS
Sign waivers/agreements online
Upload files and vet records
Purchase pre-paid packages online
